• The FULL SHARE will feed a family of three or four for the week.  (Or it will feed two to three very hearty vegetable eaters for the week!)  You will receive two pasture-fed chickens in addition to the vegetables.  You will receive twenty boxes from early June to mid-October.  The full share family is invited to attend all farm events.The full share is $500. (Twin Cities, $600)
• The HALF SHARE is well suited for one to two people.  You will get the same variety as the full box but smaller portions.  You will receive one pasture-fed chicken.  You will also receive twenty boxes from early June to mid-October.  The half share family is invited to attend three of the six farm events.  The half share is $295. (Twin Cities $350)
• If you are not a CSA customer but want to take part in the farm events, the cost is $200.
• We have all the home deliveries we can handle so that is no longer a choice. If you have any question in the sign up process, feel most free to call me at 218-205-4739.  If you only want the vegetable share and not the chicken share, you will have to check "no share" under chickens to proceed with your order.  Sorry!!  Dang chickens!!  Thanks!  Mark:-)

Remember Grandma's chickens?  They ran outside and ate a little of this and a little of that!  It's been a long time since we experienced chicken at Grandma's!! 

Our chickens will rotationally graze on our cover crops, clover and cereal grains.  Clover is known to raise the Omega 3 levels.  The average weight of our dressed chickens will be five pounds.

Since two chickens are in the full vegetable share and one in the half share, the news of these chickens will spread quickly.  If you want to find yourself at the front of the line and not be on a waiting list for our pasture-fed chickens, you can reserve your share of chickens through the chicken shares listed below.
